Terms of Service

Welcome to OSTA. By creating an account or using the OSTA mobile application (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

OSTA is a social-commerce platform operated by OSTA (referred to as "OSTA", "we", "us"). The Service lets creators publish videos and live streams, lets merchants list products, and lets buyers discover, watch, and purchase those products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the Service. If you sell goods on OSTA you must also be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any authentication methods used to access your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register and to keep that information up to date.
• OSTA is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access. Notify us immediately at marketing@mtadv.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Buying and selling

• Orders are placed through the in-app checkout. Cash-on-delivery and card payments via Stripe are supported.
• Prices and stock are defined by the seller and shown to the buyer before checkout. We may delay or cancel orders that violate our policies.
• Sellers are responsible for shipping, returns, and customer service for orders placed through their storefront.
• OSTA collects a service commission on each completed sale as set out in the seller agreement.

5. Content rules

You agree not to post content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or that promotes violence. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant OSTA a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service.

6. Live broadcasts

• Live broadcasts may be recorded and stored as replays.
• The host is responsible for the content of their broadcast and for obtaining consent from anyone appearing on camera.
• OBS-based broadcasting uses Cloudflare Stream Live; in-app broadcasting uses Agora. Each provider's terms also apply.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. OSTA does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
